Shipping

In the society where we use the car on a daily basis, we know how important it is to have the part as soon as possible in order to get it repaired. That is why, at Recoautos, we do everything we can so that, once the order has been placed, you receive the part within 24/48 working hours on the Peninsula and within 4–5 working days for all other destinations.

We generally work with leading companies in the logistics sector and have a direct connection with them to manage any incidents.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last of those goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision at:

You may do so by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication before the relevant period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of return, whichever condition is met first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision. The deadline shall be considered met if you return the goods before the end of that period.

You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
